Responsibilities:
- Perform various carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors and windows, and finishing work
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications
- Install flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, or tile
- Repair or replace damaged trim or molding
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Experience:
- Proven experience in carpentry and construction
- Proficient in trim carpentry, flooring installation, door hanging, and frame carpentry
- Knowledge of construction estimating is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions
Experience not necessary, willing to train the right candidate.
Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated accordingly.
