About the Role:
As part of our crew, you’ll be responsible for handling and transporting household items and furniture—about 90% of our work involves these types of moves. This is a physically demanding job that requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Our primary service areas include Mansfield, Columbus, Cleveland, and the surrounding regions.
Travel Opportunities:
While most of our jobs are local, we also complete out-of-state shipments. Drivers and movers who choose to travel are encouraged and rewarded for doing so, though travel is not required. We also have local-only driver positions available.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must maintain a clean driving record (per our insurance requirements)
- Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying heavy items
Compensation:
Our pay structure includes both hourly and commission-based opportunities. While pay rates vary by job, you’ll often earn additional income through commissions, tips, and potential bonuses—which are not included in the base pay scale.
