Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain an organized and appealing store layout.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and improve overall sales performance.
- Maintain phone etiquette when handling customer calls, ensuring professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive work environment.
- Review customer emails for issues and seek to resolve in a manner that promotes exceptional customer service
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications.
- Experience with POS systems is preferred for efficient transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members. Typing skills preferred.
- Familiarity with boutique in store and online operations is advantageous for understanding the retail environment.
