Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate technical feasibility of projects and ensure development work aligns with best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability.

  • Align developer skills and availability through Asana's workload tracking to ensure projects are resourced effectively and delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain our structured Internal communications and documentation across teams through our Asana project management workflow.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in technical program management.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Asana (or very comparable tool, Monday.com) as a technical project management platform — structuring projects, dependencies, and automations to support transparent communication and efficient team workflows.
  • Possess working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, APIs, CMS platforms such as WordPress, hosting environments, etc.).
  • Experience working with developers and using tools like Git, Jira, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.

Benefits

  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (PPO and HSA options)
  • Paid parental bonding leave
  • Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability coverage
  • 401(k) participation with company match
  • Pet insurance
  • Ongoing professional training, tools, and growth opportunities
