We are looking for an organized, motivated, and hands-on Field Operations Manager to help oversee daily field operations, coordinate crews, improve production efficiency, and support the continued growth of the company.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in landscaping, property maintenance, construction, snow operations, or another service-based field who enjoys managing people, solving problems, and helping jobs run smoothly from start to finish.

- Assist with planning and coordination for: Lawn maintenance, Spring and fall cleanups, Plant health care services, mulching, landscape enhancement projects, and snow and ice management operations
- Help manage equipment, materials, subcontractors, and jobsite needs
- Identify and communicate equipment issues, supply needs, and potential production problems before they become larger issues
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of field staff
- Help improve systems, checklists, procedures, and daily workflows
- Assist with snow event planning, storm response, site checks, and post-storm follow-up during winter months
- Help address customer concerns, field issues, and jobsite challenges professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
- Prior experience in landscaping, property maintenance, construction, snow operations, field operations, or service management preferred
- Experience managing crews, field staff, or production teams strongly preferred

- Familiarity with LMN or similar landscape management software is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus, but not required
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means crews know where they are going, job details are clearly communicated, work is completed efficiently, quality issues are caught early, equipment and material needs are planned ahead, and ownership is not constantly pulled into every day-to-day field issue.
