Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loader Operator based in Wimberley, TX. The Loader Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment to load materials, transport them around the worksite, and distribute them as needed. Daily tasks include inspecting equipment, loading/unloading materials, communicating with team members to ensure worksite safety, and maintaining equipment according to company protocols. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to support various construction projects efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Experience operating heavy equipment, specifically loaders, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency
- Knowledge of worksite safety procedures and proper equipment maintenance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with crew members
- Ability to interpret site plans and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Prior experience in civil construction or similar industries is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
