Convenience Store Team Member

Starting Pay: $8.00–$9.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with questions and provide helpful information.
• Operate POS systems and accurately process sales transactions.
• Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and maintaining an accurate drawer.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean and appealing store appearance.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked.
• Recommend products and assist customers with purchases when appropriate.
• Maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere for customers and coworkers.
• Follow store procedures and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous retail, cashier, grocery, or convenience store experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
• Comfortable performing stocking duties.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Prior leadership or training experience is helpful but not required.

Position Details

• Part-time and full-time positions available.
• Store location, schedule, and hours will be discussed during the interview.
• Flexible availability is preferred.
