What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate position at Dean's Stove & Spa?
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and emails related to service and installation requests, providing prompt and professional assistance
- Create and manage work orders for repairs, annual maintenance, installations, and deliveries
- Assist with invoicing, processing payments, and closing out completed work orders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service calls, customer information, and job status
- Enter and schedule installation work orders, including dates, costs, fees, and assigned technicians
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide timely updates
- Oversee all installation work orders, including tracking payments, technician notes, photos, and follow-ups
- Track and record technicians’ daily activities, including completed and incomplete jobs
This position is Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 5pm or 9am to 3pm
