Job Title: Phlebotomist III - FloaterLocations: 1080 Silas Deane Hwy, Wethersfield CT 06109Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 5:30pm / Rotating Saturday 7:00am - 12:00pmStarting Pay Rate: Starting at $20.24 (Based on experience) Full BenefitsAs a Patient Services Representative III (PSR III), you will be responsible for collecting and preparing blood specimens for lab testing while maintaining a professional, patient-focused environment. You will interact directly with patients, helping them feel comfortable and informed during each visit.Key Responsibilities:Perform skilled venipuncture, including pediatric and geriatric collections.Travel to multiple locations to provide coverage in PSCs, doctor's offices, and IOP sites.Verify patient information, label specimens accurately, and maintain documentation.Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment.Mentor new team members and uphold company policies and leadership behaviors.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).3 years of phlebotomy experience, including capillary collections.Phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections2 years in a Patient Service Center preferred.Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work in a respected healthcare settingSupportive and professional work environmentDean's Professional Services is a national, award-winning staffing solutions firm.
