Anesthesia Technician (Pediatric Experience Required)
Location: The Woodlands, TX
Pay: Starting at $33.00 per hour

Dean’s Professional Services is seeking a highly skilled Anesthesia Technician to support a leading, patient-centered healthcare system in The Woodlands. Schedule Options
We offer flexibility to support your work-life balance:
- Option A: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Option B: Three 12-hour shifts | 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- On-Call: Rotating schedule (typically 1 weekday 1 weekend every 8 weeks)

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Assist anesthesiologists with setup of equipment and neurophysiologic monitoring systems.
- Support patient induction, airway management, and intubation.
- Assist with the insertion of IVs, arterial lines, and central lines.
- Manage complex procedures including fiberoptic and difficult airway cases.
- Provide intraoperative support (volume infusions, blood salvage processing).
- Maintain and sterilize anesthesia equipment to ensure surgical readiness.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Training: Completion of an ASATT-approved Anesthesia Technician program (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Anesthesia Tech experience required.
- Specialization: Pediatric experience is strictly required.
- Certification: Cer.A.T. (Certified Anesthesia Technician) is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking and the ability to work in high-acuity/emergency situations.
