Collision Repair facility that has been in business for over 50 years opperating in a team enviroment striving for quality.
- Inspect damaged vehicles to create a comprehensive and accurate repair plan.
- Able to oversee compliance with technicians, processes including part selection, photo documentation and upload of repair plan.
- Able to multi task supplements, vehicle arrivals and deliveries
- Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Ensure timely uploads of estimates/supplements as required
- Complete I-Car training annually
- Manage repair plans according to OEM specifications and company expectations while utilizing Alldata and I-CAR.
- Attend/collaborate with team during daily production meetings
Minimum Qualifications
- Great Customer Skills
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in CCC One with a familiarity in Mitchell Estimating Systems
- Familiarity with various insurance companies
- I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
