Job Overview
Dean Dental Solutions is a thriving, privately owned dental practice with two experienced providers and a strong team of 28, focused on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care in a modern environment. We are expanding and looking for an Associate Dentist who is passionate about clinical excellence, continuing education, and building long-term relationships with patients.
Duties
- Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontics.
- Utilize advanced dental technology including medical imaging and dental fabrication tools.
- Assess patient needs through thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure accurate documentation of medical and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver efficient, high-quality care using four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment options using clear dental terminology.
- Stay current with developments in general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and other specialties as needed.
Requirements
- Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice in the designated area.
- Experience in general dentistry with additional skills in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and medical imaging preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, dental terminology, and infection control practices.
- Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures.
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively.
- Experience working in a dental office or clinic environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently within a team while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of patient care. Pay: $150,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
