Installation Manager
The Installation Manager is a customer interactive service position. They are responsible for the coordination of all resources related to Dean Cabinetry delivery and installation. They interface with an array of stakeholders, both internal and external, and ensure 100% client satisfaction with their completed cabinetry. This means that all material, personnel and service is provided to the client on time, at the right quality level and agreed cost.

Core Responsibilities
- Provide best in class client service and satisfaction
- Confidently guide clients to move their project smoothly through the process
- Communicate proactively, efficiently, and in a highly effective and responsive manner across email, phone, and text
- Process punch lists, track orders, quote change orders, process payments
- Scheduling & Coordination:
- Schedule delivery, installation, punch list, and service call visits with clients, contractors, and internally across functions
- Coordinating timelines, labor, and resources to complete projects
- Manage multiple projects, schedules, problems, deadlines, priorities, and key stakeholders’ interests simultaneously
- Communicate delivery risks, delays, or damage immediately to appropriate internal groups
- Quality, Damage & Issue Resolution:
- Identify and document damage, shortages, or discrepancies
- Ensure issues are addressed quickly
- Enter issues on error tracker for Root Cause and Corrective Action so that they do not repeat
- Continuous Improvement:
- Provide feedback to relevant team members to improve internal workflows
- Identify inefficiencies in all related processes and work with team members to solve
- Support standard work, 5S, and Lean improvements
- Provide feedback to Management re: space, staffing, and other needs for success
Reporting & Role Level
- Mid level role with opportunity for growth
- Interaction with senior management and ownership
Job Type: Full-time

Education / Experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Project Management 2 years
- Construction industry 2 years
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
