We're currently on the lookout for a motivated Data/Order Entry Specialist to be a core part of our fulfillment operations. The Role — What Your Day Looks Like:
- Keeping our order and shipment databases accurate, organized, and up to date
- Entering and tracking incoming orders and outgoing shipments with care and precision
- Working side by side with our fulfillment team to keep operations running like clockwork
- Jumping into light warehouse tasks — loading up boxes, assembling shipments, and making sure orders go out the door looking great
- Cross-training in other areas of the business so you can grow, contribute more, and build a real career here
Who We're Looking For:
- Someone with a background in data entry, order entry, or general office work (experience is great, but the right attitude matters just as much!)
- Comfortable with MS Office and picking up new systems quickly
- Detail-oriented and takes accuracy seriously
- Physically able to handle occasional light lifting and warehouse tasks — nothing extreme, just being a team player
- Trustworthy, organized, and able to stay focused in a busy environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; any extra computer or tech training is a bonus
