What You'll Do

As Head of New Partnerships, you'll be responsible to:

  • Identify fast growing influencers in the real estate investors space and build a relationship with them on social media and at conferences
  • Schedule and host live trainings (online and in-person) for partners' audiences to teach them how to use DealMachine
  • Build and perfect a standardized and automated process for any qualified partner who is interested in being a DealMachine affiliate partner
  • Build full email campaigns partners can deliver to their audience
  • Identify best practices to be a successful DealMachine affiliate and coach partners on how to execute on these strategies
  • Communicate affiliate agreement points clearly
  • Increase the amount of free trials started from affiliates by 10% month-over-month
  • Evaluate partners and prioritize those that send leads that best convert
  • Host our “Thought Leader Spotlight Series” (recorded interviews) and our “Masterclass” (live weekly Zoom calls) to engage the DealMachine community and open doors with affiliates.

What You'll Need

The following experience is relevant to us:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in partnerships, email marketing, or sales
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships
  • A great track record of expanding revenue
  • Experience working closely with other functions like Marketing, Sales, and Product.
  • Excellent communication skills, a great listener.
  • Tech-savvy and have experience implementing software
  • Experience working with Hubspot.

Our Head of New Partnerships will report directly to our Head of Business Development. You should be comfortable with direct feedback and rapid iteration.

We've built immense trust as coworkers by being open, forthright, and tackling problems head-on as soon as they arise. We never have to worry that someone is holding on to negative feelings.
