Role Description
This is a full time role for Dealership Attorneys located on Long Island, NY. The Dealership Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, handling dealership litigation matters , conducting legal research, and drafting motions and briefs. The attorney will work closely with clients to resolve a range of legal issues related to dealership businesses.
Qualifications
- Expertise in dealership law and Labor and Employment Law
- Strong skills in Legal Advice and Negotiation
- Proficient in conducting thorough legal Research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Mineola, NY
- Experience in the dealership or automotive industry is a plus
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in New York State
