What Youll Do:
- Lead & manage the Service Drive Team onboard, train, and oversee daily operations
- Ensure operational excellence maintain standard operating procedures and company policies
- Drive safety & compliance conduct daily safety reviews and staff training
- Build strong client relationships establish regular meetings with dealership management
- Oversee payroll & scheduling manage time tracking, attendance, and budgeting
- Develop future leaders mentor employees and identify management potential
- Leadership experience previous supervisory experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills ability to clearly relay information to employees and clients
- Problem-solving mindset quick thinking and ability to resolve challenges efficiently
- Detail-oriented ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies
- Valid drivers license with at least 5 years of driving experience and a clean record
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, adapting to weather conditions
