Most dealerships train their teams, but nobody ensures that training is executed consistently. That's where we come in — and where you come in.

We are seeking a high-performing, detail-oriented Internet Accountability Manager to help co-manage dealership Internet/BDC departments, drive process compliance, monitor performance, and ensure every opportunity is maximized. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on structure, analytics, communication, and holding teams to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Training Accountability

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly Internet/BDC metrics across assigned dealerships.
  • Ensure teams execute all processes at 100% compliance, 100% of the time — no exceptions.
  • Lead weekly accountability meetings with dealership leadership and staff.
  • Build and manage monthly and quarterly goals, projections, KPIs, and scorecards.
  • Co-manage the Internet/BDC department to ensure consistent performance and follow-through.

CRM Support & Accountability

  • Oversee CRM process updates and ensure workflows match Dealer Synergy best practices.
  • Train, support, and troubleshoot CRM usage for dealership teams.
  • Conduct bi-weekly CRM audits including Lost Opportunity reviews and performance analysis.
  • Ensure proper documentation, lead management, and process execution inside the CRM.

Training Oversight & Reinforcement

  • Manage dealership access and usage of Bradley On Demand (24/7 training platform).
  • Coordinate and support Dealer Synergy Academy live training sessions.
  • Provide phone monitoring, coaching, feedback, and skill-building role-play sessions.
  • Support quarterly on-site reinforcement training in conjunction with Dealer Synergy trainers.

Marketing Accountability

  • Audit traditional and digital marketing spend to evaluate ROI.
  • Conduct website audits for conversion, lead handling, and user experience.
  • Analyze lead source performance and provide actionable improvement insights.
  • Evaluate vendor/partner performance and recommend optimization.

Leadership, Communication & Relationship Management

  • Act as an accountability partner to dealership management teams.
  • Identify performance gaps and deliver clear, strategic improvement plans.
  • Maintain consistent communication and professional reporting with all stakeholders.
  • Provide world-class customer service and responsiveness.

Continuous Process & Performance Improvement

  • Maintain dealership processes to ensure they are current, optimized, and executed with discipline.
  • Recommend improvements in lead handling, workflow, training, and customer experience.
  • Uphold the standard: Inspect what you expect — always.

Ideal Candidate Traits

  • Strong understanding of automotive Internet/BDC operations, CRM systems, and KPIs.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to lead meetings and influence accountability.
  • Analytical, organized, and highly disciplined with follow-through.
  • Comfortable reviewing data, spotting performance gaps, and coaching teams to correct them.
  • Confident, professional, and able to manage multiple dealership relationships simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in automotive BDC, Internet Sales Management, CRM admin, or performance coaching is highly preferred.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in automotive BDC, Internet Sales, CRM management, or similar.
  • Strong command of CRMs (VinSolutions, Elead, DealerSocket, Reynolds, or similar).
  • Proven track record of improving performance through accountability and process.
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
  • Comfortable working with reports, KPIs, projections, and process documentation.
