Schedule: Monday–Saturday availability required between 7:45 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Job Summary
The Motor Vehicle Title Specialist plays an important role in supporting our Commercial Division by ensuring motor vehicle title transactions are processed accurately and in full compliance with state regulations and company procedures. In this position, you will partner closely with Commercial clients and internal teams to provide timely, precise, and professional service every step of the way. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their attention to detail, stays organized, and enjoys delivering a strong customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Process commercial motor vehicle title transactions accurately and efficiently
Review title documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Assist Commercial clients with title-related questions and requirements
Ensure compliance with all MVD policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and client information
Accurately complete required forms and documentation
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and coworkers
Maintain organized and accurate records
Support Commercial office operations as needed
Work effectively in a structured team environment
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements
Valid Montana Driver’s License (required)
Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
Ability to successfully pass a motor vehicle record review
- Must be able to type 45 words per minute
Availability to work Monday–Saturday between 7:45 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Experience with motor vehicle title processing preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Accurate and efficient computer skills using Windows-based applications
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
Ability to work effectively in a structured team environment
Physical Requirements / Essential Functions
Must possess the necessary dexterity and fine motor skills to operate standard office equipment, including a telephone, computer, keyboard, printer, fax machine, and copier
