Account Manager / Route Sales Representative – Automotive Supplies (B2B)

Location: Rio Grande Valley, TX | Remote / Field-Based Territory

At Dealer Industries, we're excited to bring on a motivated Account Manager / Route Sales Representative to take ownership of an established territory, build strong customer relationships, and uncover new business opportunities across the Rio Grande Valley. This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact and grow your success with a trusted automotive supply leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow B2B customer accounts within an assigned territory
  • Conduct route sales and field sales activities
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities
  • Deliver consultative sales solutions to dealerships and service centers
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals
  • Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of sales experience (B2B sales, route sales, or outside sales preferred)
  • Automotive industry experience required
  • Prior Service Advisor or dealership experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability in account management, lead generation, and closing sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Must reside in the Rio Grande Valley, TX
