Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of car dealership clients within the assigned region.
- Identify new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with dealership decision-makers, including general managers and marketing teams.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to help dealerships achieve their marketing and sales goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, product, and client success teams) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide feedback to product and operations teams to enhance offerings based on client needs and market trends.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track sales activities and progress using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Travel:
- Travel to client locations within the assigned region to conduct meetings, presentations, and relationship-building activities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s offerings.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 7 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive, digital marketing, or ad tech industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience working with car dealerships or in the automotive sector is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand complex client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing travel schedules efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with digital marketing solutions, ad tech platforms, and automotive marketing tools.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement software.
