What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Retail Associate/Barista position at Deadwood Mountain Grand Resort?
Our retail shop is searching for a friendly, energetic retail clerk/Barista to join our team. This position will require mandatory attendance on event nights. Must be willing to work a variety of hours including evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee and have experience working in a fast-paced environment with a desire to develop their skills. This is an excellent position for someone who wants to work for a reputable business where they can be appreciated for their work. This position is eligible to receive tips as well as eligible for our benefit package. We pay 80% of employee and family health insurance. Responsibilities:
- Work in an espresso bar, retail shop and ticket box office
- Create drinks, sell tickets for events, and sell retail items
- Maintain beverages and drink supplies at the espresso bar
- Follow health and safety standards.
- Provide customers with the correct drink
- Must be friendly, reliable and outgoing
