Deadwood Gulch Hotel & Casino is under new ownership and we’re bringing fresh energy and excitement to our casino floor! We’re looking for Floor Supervisors to join our team and help create a top-notch gaming experience for every guest.
As a Casino Floor Supervisor, you’ll be at the center of the action—monitoring floor activity, ensuring smooth operations, and keeping both guests and staff happy. If you’re professional, observant, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!
Must hold a valid gaming license
What You’ll Do:
- Circulate throughout the gaming floor to observe activity and support staff
- Supervise team members, ensuring excellent guest service
- Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Attend to malfunctioning machines and ensure quick solutions
- Interpret and explain house rules to guests as needed
- Maintain a safe, fair, and welcoming casino environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid gaming license (required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Professional, approachable attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment
- Experience in gaming or hospitality supervision a plus
