Position Summary:
As a Circulating Registered Nurse at Deaconess of Illinois, you will play a vital role in the operating room, ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate care before, during, and after surgical procedures. The RN Circulator is responsible for coordinating the nursing care of patients throughout the surgical experience, advocating for patient safety, and maintaining a sterile environment in collaboration with the surgical team.
Required: Certifications/Licenses/Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois
Preferred Certification/License/Experience:
- BSN
Compensation:
Hourly range $31.25-$46.88
Bonus:
Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.
Incentives:
