Job Summary

The Surgical Oncology Physician and Procedure Practice Manager (RN or CST preferred with 3 years of surgical experience) will be responsible for strategic development of the surgical oncology program with a focus on building procedural areas with current standards according to accreditation/regulatory practices (ACHC, AORN, FGI, OSHA, etc). The Physician and Procedure Manager position will be responsible for the leadership, direction, coordination and management of the daily operations and personnel of the physician practice. The Surgical Oncology Physician and Procedure Practice Manager assures that the office and procedural areas function efficiently to support the physicians and/or advanced practice providers in providing safe and compassionate patient care.

Education and Experience

• An Associates Degree or higher in a health related field, business administration and/or a related field is required.
• Management experience running a physician practice and/or four to six years of medical office management experience preferred.
• It is important for the candidate to have demonstrated success in developing and leading operational teams.
