Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Antonio, TX, for a Corporate Assistant. This individual will have oversight of Administrative, Operations and Client Services responsibilities. A heart for people, and an individual that gets satisfaction from serving as a Team Player is a MUST.
Qualifications
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial or corporate working environment in an administrative and team support capacity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management, and exposure to other web-based systems
- Problem-solving and time-management skills to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional office environment
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus
