Responsibilities

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will:

• Assist customers in purchasing or leasing new and pre-owned vehicles
• Learn customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle, budget, and transportation requirements
• Build rapport and long-term customer relationships
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
• Explain vehicle features, technology, safety systems, warranties, and ownership benefits
• Maintain customer information and sales activity in the dealership CRM system
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, repeat customers, and follow-up activities
• Work closely with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) team to complete vehicle transactions
• Deliver sold vehicles and provide customers with vehicle education and ownership resources
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
