What You Will Love Doing
• Guide customers through the entire home buying journey, from first visit to contract to move in
• Deliver professional presentations that help buyers understand floorplans, homesites, pricing, and financing options
• Ask strategic questions to uncover buyer motivation and help them make confident decisions
• Consistently ask for the sale and guide buyers toward contract with professionalism and integrity
• Maintain disciplined follow up using phone, text, email, and personalized video communication
• Manage your pipeline with accuracy using our CRM system
• Coordinate with De Young Mortgage, construction, escrow, and customer care teams
• Maintain model homes and create a welcoming, professional environment
• Generate additional traffic through referrals, realtor relationships, and proactive outreach
• Provide ongoing communication and support to buyers throughout construction and after closing
How You Will Be Measured
This is a performance driven role with clear scoreboards and accountability.
Key metrics include:
• Net sales and sales goal achievement
• Appointment to sale conversion rate
• First visit close rate
• CRM accuracy and follow up consistency
• Customer satisfaction and survey scores
• Mortgage capture rate
• Lead response and pipeline management discipline
• Attendance and participation in coaching and sales training

Compensation
• Hourly base pay: $16.90 to $24 per hour
• Performance bonuses and commission opportunities
