Role Description The Sales Advocate is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting display solutions, preparing proposals and quotes, and guiding opportunities from initial contact through closing. Day-to-day activities include conducting outbound and inbound sales calls, responding to inquiries, coordinating with design and production teams, and tracking opportunities in a CRM system. The Sales Advocate supports customer training on product features when needed, provides ongoing customer service to ensure satisfaction, and follows up after installation to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This position collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
