- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, demonstrating exceptional customer service
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Support medical reception tasks when required, including patient check-ins and appointment confirmations
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
