Position: Forklift Operator / Warehouse Worker
Employment Type: Full-Time (Day Shift)
Location: Lubbock, TX
Compensation: $15.00-$20.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)
Role Overview
Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift and may also be required to perform order filler or unloading/loading duties.
Prior experience on the following:
- Swing Reach VNA
- Standup Reach.
- Turret Truck (VNA Operator)
- Sit down.
What We’re Looking For:
- Recent operator experience (within the past 6 months).
- A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
Job Description:
- Fulfill orders by picking, packing, and shipping products.
- Operate pallet jacks, Cherry pickers, VNAs, Sit Down Forklifts and other heavy equipment for moving merchandise.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as required.
- Assist Warehouse Supervisor in maintaining inventory control and organizing warehouse space.
- Utilize Warehouse Management System for tracking and managing inventory.
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge for basic equipment maintenance.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in order fulfillment and warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and other heavy equipment safely.
- Prior Experience using Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices is a plus.
