Duties:
- Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook is important
- Scanning of documents
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Skills:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
