Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments swiftly and correctly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering beverage recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including craft beers, wines, cocktails, and food pairings to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold health standards and safety regulations.
• Assist with setup and cleanup during shifts, including restocking supplies, cleaning tables, and supporting catering or banquet events as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments, is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Experience with serving in banquet settings or catering events is advantageous.
