De Pere Smiles is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (Full time or Part time) to join our growing practice in West De Pere. Responsibilities
- Ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for before, during, and after treatment
- Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment
- Conduct initial patient screenings and review oral health histories
- Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, and periodontal disease
- Perform dental cleanings and preventive treatments including fluoride applications and sealants
- Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
- Take digital X-rays and scans
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical charts
Qualifications
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Diploma or degree in Dental Hygiene
- Strong understanding of dental health and safety regulations
- Experience preparing and maintaining dental equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
