Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities and build relationships with clients in both residential and commercial markets. This is a fully commission-based contract position with high income earning potential for individuals who are ambitious and results-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with homeowners, contractors, and builders
- Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, for tracking customer interactions and managing the sales pipeline.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project needs
- Present and explain company services, project estimates, and value propositions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience
- Knowledge of the construction industry and/or B2B sales experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Flooring installation or related industry experience
- Bilingual in Portuguese or Spanish
- Familiarity with CRM software and technology sales is a plus
