The E-Commerce Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily customer orders across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and additional e-commerce platforms. This person will also oversee large marketplace shipment preparations for Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse office environment, managing multiple priorities, ensuring order accuracy, and coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure all shipments leave on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Order Management
- Process and manage daily orders from Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms
- Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on time
-Verify product inventory before fulfilling orders
- Ensure products shipped are in good condition and not near expiration
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure all daily shipments leave on schedule
Marketplace Shipment Operations:
- Create and manage Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS shipments
- Prepare shipment labels, carton packing details, and shipping documentation
- Coordinate large biweekly shipment preparation for palletized marketplace orders
- Work alongside warehouse team to ensure shipments are prepared accurately and efficiently
- Supervise team members assisting with large FBA/WFS shipments as needed
Customer Support & Administrative Tasks
- Monitor Gmail for customer communication
- Respond to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Handle refunds, damaged shipment claims, lost packages, and marketplace disputes
- Update shipping and operational documents as needed
- Support light administrative and operational tasks
