What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at De Leon Law, PLLC?
We’re an Austin firm handling commercial, business, real estate, and construction disputes, and I’m looking for someone with 2 years of civil litigation experience who can run a caseload from intake to resolution. You’ll handle court appearances, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations. If you’re a self-starter who can take a complicated legal question and explain it to a client in plain English, we should talk.
What I’m looking for:
• 2 years of civil litigation experience (commercial, real estate, or construction a plus)
• Licensed and in good standing in Texas
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Someone who juggles competing priorities without dropping the details
This is a full-time, in-office role at our Austin office, with eligibility for bonus and benefits.
