What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at De Leon Law, PLLC?
De Leon Law is a growing Austin firm handling commercial, business, real estate, and construction disputes. We're hiring a litigation attorney with 3 years of civil litigation experience to run a caseload from intake to resolution.
What you'll do:
• Manage your own litigation caseload from intake through resolution
• Handle court appearances, depositions, and mediations
• Deliver responsive client service and explain complex legal issues to clients in plain English
What you'll need:
• 3 years of civil litigation experience (commercial, real estate, or construction a plus)
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in Texas
• A detail-oriented self-starter who manages competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Occasional local and out-of-town travel.
Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits. This is a full-time, in-office role in Austin.
