Your Role
As a Production Worker, you will play a key role in our manufacturing operations by:
- Manufacturing doors, frames, and components according to work instructions and inspection plans
- Performing assigned tasks efficiently while respecting production standards
- Inspecting parts and finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Applying and following all workplace health and safety rules
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Meeting production timelines while maintaining a high level of quality
Your work will directly contribute to:

- Continuous improvement of production processes

Working Conditions
- Position: Permanent, full-time
- Schedule: Day shift
- Hours: 40 hours/week, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (overtime available)
- Salary: Starting at $20.00/hour

You Are the Person We’re Looking For If You Have:
Technical Skills & Experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience making basic machine adjustments
- 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (asset)
- Technical training in mechanics, welding, or industrial production (asset)
- Experience using hand tools (professional or personal)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time during the workday
- Ability to regularly lift and handle loads of 50 lbs or more
- Comfortable performing repetitive and physically demanding tasks
