Position Details

Job Summary 

The Job Site Support Technician plays a vital role in supporting restoration and construction operations by transporting and managing dump trailers, maintaining job site cleanliness, and assisting crews with various logistical and labor tasks. This field-based position requires safe and efficient hauling of trailers between job sites and dump facilities, proactive coordination with teams to ensure timely service, and upkeep of equipment. The role demands physical stamina, adaptability to outdoor and challenging environments, and the ability to work independently while representing the company professionally.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Safely transport dump trailers/dumpsters to and from job sites.
• Empty filled trailers at designated dump sites and return emptied trailers to the proper job location.
• Coordinate with restoration and construction teams to ensure timely dumpster exchanges.
• Monitor the status of dumpsters and proactively assist in keeping job sites clean and organized.
• Assist with miscellaneous labor and support tasks as needed by restoration and construction crews (e.g., material delivery, moving equipment, site prep, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the dump trailer and any assigned company equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and represent the company professionally on job sites and in public areas.

Physical Requirements Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL not required but a plus).
• Experience with towing trailers and maneuvering in various site conditions preferred.
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle safely and legally.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in construction, restoration, or logistics a plus.
• Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, bending, and navigating tight or affected spaces.
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, or contaminated environments
• Capable of wearing full PPE and using restoration equipment.

Work Environment: 

This role is primarily field-based with frequent travel between job sites and dump facilities. Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and be adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
