This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Health Technician, located in Las Vegas, NV. The Behavioral Health Technician will assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Daily tasks include providing direct behavior therapy, monitoring and recording client progress, and communicating with parents and other team members. The technician will also work closely with BCBAs to ensure the effectiveness of therapy plans and support social growth and independence.
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Behavioral Intervention and Psychology
- Compassionate and patient, with a dedication to improving clients' quality of life
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Registered Behavior Technician) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
