Job description:
We are a very busy HOA Management firm in the beautiful Aptos Redwoods. We offer a full range of services to our clients, and are looking for an addition to our team. Our ideal candidate will have an Bachelor's degree and 3 years experience in working with the public in an office environment.
This valuable team member will join our established management team in our office. You will work as part of a close knit team to assist Homeowner Associations in maintaining their unique properties. In this position, you will be assisting our Community Association Manager with their Homeowners Associations portfolio. This person should be detail orientated, able to multi-task and responsible! Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Managers with maintaining the documents, policies and procedures in their HOA Portfolios
- Support Homeowners who call or come in with any concerns they may have regarding their property or the association
- Preparation of Board Package
- Work with Board of Directors preparing agendas, obtaining bids and taking minutes
- Working as a team
Salary : $27 - $30
