Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Supervisor to lead our HR team and drive strategic initiatives within the organization. Duties
- Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and other employment regulations.
- Manage talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement employee orientation programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations and feedback processes.
- Administer benefits programs and ensure effective communication of benefits information to employees.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Handle conflict management effectively to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and organizational design initiatives.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, or similar for efficient HR operations.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy in compensation administration.
- Analyze data related to human capital management for informed decision-making and process improvement.
- Supervise HR staff, providing guidance in areas such as employee relations and talent management.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on strategic planning and program management.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, workers' compensation, and HR sourcing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, conflict resolution, and change management within an organizational context.
- Experience with various HR technologies including ATS systems like Taleo or SAP SuccessFactors; familiarity with Kronos or UltiPro is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong presentation skills for communicating policies and procedures to employees at all levels.
