Responsibilities
- Safely operate a box truck or courier vehicle to deliver packages along designated routes
- Load and unload shipments using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed
- Navigate route driving efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting recipients professionally and addressing their questions or concerns
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements
- MUST be 21 with Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Prior delivery driver experience or courier background highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor safely and efficiently
- Experience operating box trucks, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Knowledge of route driving best practices and traffic regulations
- Warehouse experience or familiarity with moving goods in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
