Main Responsibilities:
- Assist General Foreman and/or Superintendent and/or Project Manager with daily tasks.
- Assist operations department in assessing jobsite readiness and project schedules.
- Deliver work order packets to crews ahead of time, walking the job with them, obtaining answers to their pre-job questions.
- Receive and manage completed work order packet documentation.
- Enter completed work order packet data into customer’s online portal.
- Manage 811 locate tickets.
- Assist in preparation of completion reports based on WINS input weekly.
- Confirm quantities, receive, and code subcontractor/vendor invoices for job costing in AS400.
- Assist in management of all material orders for crews.
- Manage and maintain inventory of all supplies for the business.
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of subcontractor agreements, if applicable.
- Coordinate pre-employment and on-boarding steps and facilitate new hire orientation.
- High school diploma.
- Associate’s degree in construction management or related field, working towards a bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years related experience in the construction industry and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Customer oriented; sense of urgency to resolve immediate issues.
- Clear written and oral communication.
- Excellent time management and ability to create systems to complete/track tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field from accredited university.
