Residential Deep Cleaner - One Time Project

Overview

DD's Cleaning Co. is looking for an experienced residential cleaner(s) for a detailed deep-cleaning project in Amelia, Ohio. The home is 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and requires a thorough top to bottom deep cleaning with carpet cleaning as part of the service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and Sanatize Bedrooms and bathrooms
• Home has an "odor" proper equipment needed to get rid of it if possible.
• Clean baseboards, doors, trim, and other detailed areas
• Vacuum and mop floors
• Clean window seals and back door windows
• Deep clean carpets throughout the home
• Fans need cleaned
• Basement included in the home just need windows and seals cleaned down there
• Perform intensive cleaning procedures including floor scrubbing, waxing, buffing, and refinishing to restore surfaces to their best condition
• Handle and apply floor cleaning chemicals safely while adhering to environmental and safety regulations
• Use specialized cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and floor polishers to achieve optimal results
• Conduct heavy lifting tasks involving janitorial supplies, equipment, and furniture to facilitate thorough cleaning operations
• Execute detailed custodial services including restroom sanitation, trash removal, window cleaning, and surface disinfection
• Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing client needs professionally and promptly during site visits
• Follow established protocols for chemical agent handling to ensure safety for yourself, colleagues, and the environmentRequirements
• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services with knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, waxing, and refinishing
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment including floor scrubbers, polishers, carpet extractors, and related tools
• Ability to handle chemical agents safely while understanding proper storage and disposal procedures
• Physical capability for manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy objects, prolonged standing, bending, and walking during shifts
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality deep cleaning results
• Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach

Pay: $20.00 - $28.76 per hour
