The Developmental Disabilities Resource Center's Early Intervention - Service Coordination Department is seeking to hire a full-time Service Coordinator - Early Intervention (Children Birth-3) to play a vital role in supporting families, coordinating services and providing resources.
Pay: $23.25-25.58/hour

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICE COORDINATOR
In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing essential resource coordination to young children enrolled in our early intervention program. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with developmental delays and their families. Through the facilitation of the Individualized Family Service Plan process, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring families receive the support they need.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICE COORDINATOR
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work or related degree in Human Services required. Minimum 5 years of experience in case management or appropriate combination of education and experience required for applicants without a degree. Case Management and experience working within the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Early Childhood or related systems strongly preferred.
