Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Contractor Helper / General Laborer to assist on construction and remodeling projects. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to gain experience in this particular field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled tradespeople and contractors on job sites
• Carry and transport materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare work areas and clean up debris after projects
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Support with measuring, cutting, and preparing materials
• Perform or assist with general labor tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Prior experience, preferred (Basic Construction Knowledge).
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Valid driver’s license, preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation (for travel to job sites).

Non-Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is not mandatory.
• No specialized certifications necessary to start.
• No advanced technical knowledge needed—training provided on the job.

• Attention to Detail: Careful with materials and tools to avoid waste or damage. Helps maintain quality on job sites.

Estamos en busca de un Ayudante de Contratista General / Ayudante General confiable y motivado para apoyar en proyectos de construcción y remodelación. Esta posición de nivel inicial es ideal para alguien que disfrute del trabajo práctico y quiera adquirir experiencia en este campo.

Responsabilidades:

• Apoyar a trabajadores especializados y contratistas en las obras
• Cargar y transportar materiales, herramientas y equipo
• Preparar las áreas de trabajo y limpiar escombros al finalizar los proyectos
• Seguir instrucciones de supervisores y líderes de equipo
• Operar herramientas manuales y eléctricas básicas de manera segura
• Mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio y seguro
• Apoyar en medir, cortar y preparar materiales
• Realizar o ayudar con tareas generales asignadas

Requisitos:

• Experiencia previa preferida (conocimiento básico en construcción)
• Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico, incluyendo levantar más de 50 lbs y permanecer de pie por largos periodos
• Licencia de conducir válida (preferente)
• Contar con transporte confiable para llegar a las obras

No Requerido:

• No es obligatorio contar con preparatoria o GED
• No se requieren certificaciones especializadas para comenzar
• No se necesita conocimiento técnico avanzado — capacitación proporcionada en el trabajo
