- Assists with Hiring, Onboarding, and Training of new Associates.
- Supports Engagement culture through recognition, communication, and approachability.
SCHEDULES:
- People Works maintained and up to date with current Associate availability, job codes, etc.
- Creates and posts approved schedules on time, meeting Schedule Accuracy requirements.
MONITORS AND MANAGES KEY STORE OPERATIONAL PROCESSES:
- FAST Forward / CPR.
- Markdowns.
- STEP Performance.
- Fitting Room/SSFR.
- Cash Office.
MANAGE ALL ASPECTS OF THE BACK OFFICE AND BREAKROOM:
- Communication Boards set to planogram and routinely updated.
- Back Office Filing and Organization.
- Breakroom Cleanliness and Locker Program.
- Supply Ordering.
