Creates service plans, activity plans and learning goals for individuals with developmental disabilities. Manages a staff of direct care workers. Work independently to oversee daily operations of small residential home for adults with developmental disabilities.
Qualifications:
· Management skills, strong leadership skills and computers skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in a human service related field (sociology, special education, psychology, other) from a four-year college or university.
· Minimum of one year of personal or professional experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
